Hospitable staff, had really really nice stay!!!
The location of this hotel short walk to the buses for the main attractions, bus stops and the historical center was excellent. Liked large suite with a balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The location of the hotel is great, it is close to everything and away from the busy tourist areas. the room was spacious and comfortable with natural light, and the bathroom facilities were good. the hotel is also conveniently located near the train station, with many restaurants nearby.
The check-in process was very frustrating and took a long time.

The rooms were clean and cozy, and the bathrooms were pristine. One of the best aspects was the location, which was walking distance from major landmarks and close to the main station that made traveling to and from the hotel a breeze. A great perk was the proximity to local markets and shops where we could buy snacks and souvenirs.
One minor issue was the limited TV channels available during our stay. Another thing was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which made it difficult to sleep through noises from the hallway.

I had an exceptional stay at Mouralua in Sintra. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to reach all the attractions. The facilities were fantastic, with clean and spacious rooms, as well as well-maintained bathrooms. The living room space was a lovely place to relax in the evenings, and I even enjoyed a glass of wine there. Riccardo, the host, was attentive and made sure that everything was taken care of. The guest house is also very quiet and private, with automated lights at night for added convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location was also a big plus, being close to everything in Sintra but away from the busy tourist areas. Lastly, the staff were attentive and the basic amenities, including breakfast, were on point.
All was great, nothing to complain about.
